Dr. Folchert is a graduate of the University of South Dakota Medical School in Vermillion. He completed his residency at the Siouxland Medical Education Foundation in Sioux City. For the past ten years, he has focused on family medicine as a physician with the St. Luke’s Clinic Network and later Family Health Care of Siouxland in South Sioux City. Dr. Folchert and his wife have five children. He is licensed in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
